"Today I just got a complaint call about the elevator, so I tried to log into the app to place a service call, but after logging in, it just went to a page that says "Something went wrong. Please try again in a while or contact our customer service." I waited a while and tried to log in again, but received the same message. So I gave up on the app and phoned in the service call. So right now their app is useless."
