Not up to mark
Very poor and unprofessional staff and services. They will talk to you until you gave money to them , after that they dont give their services. You are going to waste lot of time and money if kone eleveator is purchased.

Can't create a new account. This is the app that I was told to download for the spy cam I bought through Amazon. Can you please update this cause its really unfortunate. If they update, I will change my review. But for now it should be a Zero cause it doesn't deserve any stars, especially with make it inconvenient for users.

Hi some can help me instal this camera because l don't know how do this l instal app but there is only login to app no create account
Today I just got a complaint call about the elevator, so I tried to log into the app to place a service call, but after logging in, it just went to a page that says "Something went wrong. Please try again in a while or contact our customer service." I waited a while and tried to log in again, but received the same message. So I gave up on the app and phoned in the service call. So right now their app is useless.
Now I can be on top of my Kone maintenance activities, great tool!
